This hotel is clean and suitable for our stay. We rented the suite which was spacious for the 4 of us. The restaurant had good food for dinner.
Verified review

6/10 Good

The location is great, the restaurant has good food. It’s a place to sleep, the workmanship repairs/painting in room leaves a lot to be desired. Overall an okay stay if you look past its cosmetic flaws and the need for an overhaul.

4/10 Fair

Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Lobby and hallway smelled bad. Room wasn’t finished, floor was not complete it stopped at the sides of the bed. Bed was worst I’ve had in any hotel. Mattress was completely shot.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed here for a week and were in the suite room, we loved our stay only issue with room was the curtains not keeping any light out at all, breakfast was very good and the lady at front desk Bre was simply amazing. We would for sure stay here again in the future
Verified review

8/10 Very good

It is an older property and could use some renovations. It was quiet and was in a great location looking out onto the water. The breakfast was okay, coffee was good.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

I would not stay here again. Felt dirty as soon as we walked in. Door to bar/restaurant was disgustingly dirty. Room was not great either . Pillows were so flat we had to use four to make up for one good one. Shower curtain was weird hard and cheap and didn't even cover the full length of the shower. We refused to use that . Beds were soft and creaky. Breakfast was a joke. Had to keep asking for stuff to be brought out. Had to get a coupon for breakfast which I never had to any at any other hotels I stayed at. The view of the harbour was nice and the supper was really good. That's about it.

8/10 Very good

Room was not ready when we arrived but were quickly assigned a new room.Dinner and staff at the resteraunt was excellent but breakfast was just ok.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Room was clean. AC worked well, but the bed and mattress was probably the worst I’ve ever slept on, in my entire life, and that says a lot.
Verified review

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, pleasant staff, easy parking
Verified review

8/10 Very good

The property is not new. It is rated as a 2.5 star but the price was very good and the breakfast was good as well. The room was OK, but like I said it’s not a new modern hotel, but acceptable because you get what you pay for, it was clean comfortable, and the breakfast was fairly decent and the staff was friendly.

6/10 Good

We booked 2 rooms and they wanted to split us up and put 1 couple in the basement!! Stay away from the basement! Smelly and dark! We were finally able to get both rooms together which were fine! AC worked well and breakfast was really good! Cigarette butts everywhere outside and a dead mouse in the parking lot! Very disappointed at this Best Western!
