We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Resort. The location and scenery is gorgeous. However, what made the stay memorable was the attention to details by the staff who went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable and pleasant. The Staff at the reception, restaurant, breakfast place and all the rest were superb. They went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday that we went over to celebrate extra special. The property is absolutely beautiful. The lobby staff is amazing. Found the wait staff to be slow, but kind of seems that way everywhere on the island. It’s keeping drinks full (water specifically) when asked for and quickly once seated.

When I booked the terrace room with a water view, the pictures in Expedia led me to believe the room would be nicer than it actually was. There were no pictures of the room we were in. It was dark with a sliding door to the bathroom that did not, but construction, close completely. The view was somewhat obstructed. The property is nice and we had a good time, but I expected a light room with a high ceiling and would encourage prospective travelers to Google the various room levels and their images before choosing this property.
