The room is in an older house. Its not a large room but was perfect for us. Room and bathroom were clean. Great price for the location. Can walk to the Harbour and downtown in a couple minutes. There is a common living room and kitchen.

there was nothing obviously bad about this property, although on my final night there were some teens partying in the neighbourhood, but that is of no fault of the hotel and they did calm down within a reasonable time. the rooms were clean and cozy, and with the location being right in downtown it was very convenient for what I was there for.

This property is in an excellent location, easily walkable to the harbour and all the restaurants and bars of Water and George Street, and even walkable if you’re more ambitious, to the hike from Battery neighborhood up to Signal Hill and of course to the Rooms. The room itself was quite small and a bit dated, but if your intention is just to sleep there, it did the trick.
