We did not have breakfast on-site so we are unable to share that. There was a microwave on site. No fridge in the rooms. There is no security and the staff doesn’t check who can pass through. That being said we felt safe since you have to pass though multiple doors but they do not need keys to pass though. The room was clean and spacious and with cooler weather worked. Very basic soap, hair dryer, towel, rented an iron. There are heaters but no A/C. They did have a table fan which worked for the fall but not summer. Yes we would stay here again.

I only stayed at this hotel because I made a late decision to attend Oktoberfest and it is located exactly between the main train station (Munich HBF) and the Oktoberfest site. It note that the price was massively inflated over their normal rates but I accepted it for two nights because it was the location I wanted during Oktoberfest. This place is extremely basic. If you are just looking for an inexpensive place to lay your head at night it’s fine, but the accommodations are spartan. The furniture is very basic, like it came from a cheap IKEA. The bed consists of a thin mattress over a spring frame. There is no telephone, no safe for valuable items, no cups or coffeemaker in the room - about all it had was a TV with no English channels and a squeeze bottle of liquid soap in the bathroom. There was no phone, no air conditioning - it was basic. That said, if you are looking for something basic where you can just lay your head, this is an awesome inexpensive and well located choice.

Great location and a good budget option. The family room was very small, even compared to another A&O in Cologne. It git very warm and uncomfortable in the room in July.

Ok and clean

The hotel was ok, the staff was professional and kind and the internet worked fine all the time. We booked a double room so we didn’t have as much as a hostel experience (most of the reviews here), but we find it comfortable enough to rest and explore the city. The heating worked fine. However It’s a place you wouldn’t return if you can. The place does not offer a shared kitchen or even electric kettle. It is hell for coffee or tea drinkers in that aspect. When one does not get such basic hospitality, why would you return?

Property was adequate for 1-2 nights stay in Munich. Close to the train station but area around the property doesn't have much else. Our room stunk of cigarette smoke, even though there are clear signs around the property saying no smoking and their was no A/C in the room.

This hotel is so bad in terms of hall cleaning. No Kitchen, the Heating was not working. Used shampoo and hand wash gel. You feel like you are living in 1880s, with its price you can get a really better hotel, so disappointed.
