The hotel has one of the best locations available. It is inside the very charming Chinatown type commercial zone of Manaus, near to important bus stations, the port, the market, etc. The breakfast is one of the best that I have eaten. Perfectly maintained for cleanliness. Beds extremely comfortable. Very good internet, you must identify yourself to use it. It has a desk inside the room, the chair at the desk was particularly comfortable. You may have a view to the city. The Hotel serves food only in the morning. It is surprising that the hotel sells 2 liter water bottles at 5 reais, usually hotels charge more for such big bottles. Absolutely one of the best part of Manaus Centro, the hotel is beautiful too, a high building. I absolutely recommend it.

The faucet leaks, have to tighten it very tight to avoid drips. Floor is moldy. TV does not work. Otherwise, it's located in a good area in Central Area. Bed is clean but weak, feels like it is going to break. Definitely a mid-level motel quality.

Friendly service and staff… however, NOT worth the price of $40 per night, when I could have spent $47 per night at the Marriott sister hotel near the airport. Room felt like a garage, more like a storage room. The window had no view and was disrupted by foliage. Breakfast was decent, but not worth the price. Extremely disappointing!

This is a nice new hotel in the center of Manaus. The hotel was really good about sending me tour info before my stay. The rooms are big and it is mostly Brazilians who stay there so great for going out in groups at night. I wouldn’t recommend anyone walking around at night though as it is not a safe area.

Located in very sketchy area. No services at all except free breakfast. A 2 star for quality. The single bed is a double bed. No room for two adults. No blankets, only sheet and 1 flat pillow apiece.

The air conditioning was very weak took two days to cool the room same with the fridge bed hard springs popping, notified front desk no response nothing fixed. The breakfast as listed in Expedia’s ad was not free so instead of adding it to my room a man stood over me as I ate trying to force me to sign a bill had to leave breakfast after a few bites to go down to resolve it, this all after a sleepless night because of the hot room and uncomfortable bed. Aggravated my heart condition and blood sugar went low. Put my life at risk so I left, the manager promised to refund two days hasn’t been returned to me yet. But I am sure they rented that deficient room again to someone else.. do not go there if you have health concerns! The area is a dangerous one at night.
