Super helpful staff. This hotel is a half block off the main old square, so it's right in the midst of tourist territory. It's an older building; my room was large and comfy. The only drawback is this: if your room is on the street side of the building, it is very noisy at night.

We stayed here for 4 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful, they showed us to our room and provided us with plenty of information about our stay. As we were checking out in the early hours they even offered us a breakfast bag so that we didn’t miss out. The hotel is just off of the main market square and served as a great base for exploring. We couldn’t hear any of the noise that other reviews speak of. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Krakow.
