The location is excellent bring in Old Town. The restaurants and shops were right there. You felt like you were in the heart of the city and you were. I loved being there during the day and night. It was so lively with that being said at night it could be loud at times sleeping in a room. But that was to be expected and with your plugs I didn’t even notice. The room was very generous in size with great amenities. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful.

Fantastically helpful staff. My arrival was severely delayed due to delayed flights. But the staff at the hotel were helpful all the way through, helping me book and rebook airport transfers as my travel plans kept changing. Hotel was nice with nice and clean rooms. Unfortunately I was not able to spend as much time in Krakow as I had hoped because of the issues with my flights.

Super helpful staff. This hotel is a half block off the main old square, so it's right in the midst of tourist territory. It's an older building; my room was large and comfy. The only drawback is this: if your room is on the street side of the building, it is very noisy at night.

Excellent location just a few feet from the main square - perfect location for tourists. The hotel is in an older building but the bathroom is brand new. The hallways and rooms still have original but updated decor, with upgrades added like in-room safes and hot water kettles. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and arranged airport transfers for me o. Arrival and departure. Everything you could want is within steps, including stores, shops, and al fresco dining. The hotel has a great restaurant featuring pizza and Polish food, and they put on a very nice breakfast every day from 7:00 to 10:00 and if you can’t make that, they will pack you a take-away meal. Take I to account that this is a very busy area and it can be loud - so the hotel provided ear plugs so that when it was bedtime I just used them and I was able to sleep, but it can be loud, especially on weekend nights. Also, there are no USB ports and in my small single room there was only one wall plug, too far from the bed for me to keep the phone next to the bed. Also there is no AC, and while I was there the elevator was out of service, but they helped me carry my bags upstairs. I would stay there again, even knowing the minor drawbacks I have mentioned - great staff and location!
