Hmm...
Not sure why this motel has such a good rating. The room was not well made up. The toilet had urine on the seat fasteners, that had to be tightened down to be useable. The floors made the bottom of my feet black, and the fridge needed to be sanitized. There was a pool that was empty and that was probably okay, due to the cleanliness of the room. The booking information said that the fee for pets (plural)was $20 a day. We were charged $25 per pet. We rebooked and extended the stay due convience and the morning I checked back in the room I walked to the office well before the stated 11am check out time. The office was closed,and I had to call the manager. He didn't get to the office until almost noon,then banged on my door like I was trying to get one over in him. Then he scolded me for rebooking the room using hotels.com. The rate at the property was more expensive than the rate from hotels.com. Of course, I am going to rebook online, I am on a budget and need to be mindful of the money I spend. The manager was pleasant to my boyfriend when they had any interactions with each other,yet he treated me a whole lot different. I don't know why in the 21st century that happens anymore.I was charged an early check-in fee, to stay in the same room. I would absolutely not stay here again.
