Just spent 3 nights at this hotel and I was really impressed given the price we paid. The room was massive, as was the bed, and the bathroom, yes they are slightly dated, but give an Andalucían feel. They were kept immaculately clean. The pool areas equally great, we hired a Bali bed which was well worth the 40 euros for the 2 of us. Only had breakfast there and it was delicious. Staff are all really friendly and helpful. Hotel located a short walk to the beach and around 15 mins to the port. Great stay as part of our road trip on the Costa del Sol. Excellent value for money.

On arriving, the reception staff were not particularly welcoming - and seemed very rushed. They gave me a site map and scribbled on directions to my room - which were in fact totally wrong, and sent me walking for 20 minutes to find my room. The whole site is very complex and is a maze of buildings and rooms with a bizarre numbering system. I was on second floor, no lift which isn't ideal with suitcases. The room itself was clean, but dated and a bit tired. The shower was useless and A/C was just about enough. There was no shower gel, and a family of ants in the bathroom - but when I told reception, they were extremely prompt in dealing with it. The pool looked nice enough - although I didn't use it. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was okay....I wouldn't stay here again, as there's better around. But it was fine, and if you go prepared you wouldn't be disappointed. Staff were generally a bit sombre and unfriendly, and seemed to forget people are on holiday for fun - however, the staff are very efficient.

Great little complex to stay at, 20 minutes walk from Puerto Banus. Breakfast could be better with the bacon being a heartblocker. Pool areas really nice but could do with some new turfing here and there. Fancy sun beds for rent at a ridiculous cost, hence never saw them used once during our stay. Hotel management you should review this! But Would defo come again

The hotel was perfectly fine. Decor was a bit dated, but the room was large and spotlessly clean. The grounds are beautiful, with plenty of space and numerous pools. The aircon in my room did not work, so I had trouble sleeping well.
