I thought because of being a renewed facility, it was going to be cleaner, but the hallways were nasty, it was super noisy, you could hear the next door guests at all times. Beds were clean at least and the lady at the front desk was very sweet, but most likely not staying there again

First room tv did not work just flickered. Changed rooms. All of hallways smelled like weed, bare walls in rooms, room smelled of weed. No soap or shower products in the bathroom. Only two towels for a family of 4.

I refused to stay there. It was dirty. There men hanging around outside smoking. I arrived and ask to use the restroom and was told there was no restroom for customers, i would have to wait until i checked in and get to my room.

This property was filled with roaches. The gentleman next door to me left due to the roaches and my tv didn’t work and they asked if I would like his room knowing the roach issue. They make you pay a $75 cash deposit and will only return when you’re ready to check out and they inspect your room. The water was shut off after work without warning leaving hours of no use. No clean towels/housekeeping at all while you stay

Room was fine, but don't think that you are going to have your trash emptied or clean towels/sheets without tracking them down. Stayed for 2 weeks and when I requested them to come change sheets and get clean towels I was told it was not my day (like we work there and are suppose to know what day they are suppose to come and clean). They would not help me even though no one came the entire time we stayed. We canceled our reservation for the 3rd week because of this and will not be back.

Hotel did not reach back out to me after complaint of non cleanliness and leftover food in fridge, price is reasonable however pay a bit more and stay elsewhere at least not this location. The area is also not safe.
