We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Prague! The location is incredible, the room was very cozy and comfortable, and everyone at the hotel was so kind and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast was also amazing, with a great variety and everything was delicious. We truly have nothing to complain about - everything was perfect! Beautiful hotel, looks and smells gorgeous as you step inside and immediately takes you to a place of calm! We only stayed one night on a road trip of Europe but we really enjoyed it. Nice hotel in a great location and great architectural details. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room: Pros: - comfortable bed and pillows. - quiet - clean (though housekeeping forgot to sweep under the couch after previous guest as I found their key card holder with their name). Cons: - there were two overhead lights that would not completely turnoff but would only dim when all the lights were turned off at night. It appears that this is supposed to be some kind of night light, however, as the room is not completely dark, it can be very disruptive to sleep. Only way to shut them off was to remove the keycard and turnoff all power to the room. - constant fluctuations to the room temperature and difficult to regulate it with the thermostat. Despite the two inconveniences, I would stay here again as it's a great location and a very nice hotel.
