Location is not everything.

After arriving about midnight the room was not cool and had a strange odor. After getting situated, I tried to turn the TV on. It didn't work. So I tried to plug in my IPad to watch a few minutes of TV. Only thing is, the power for the outlet was disconnected. I would recommend having the cleaning crew check the functionality of all the normal room apparatuses.

Avoid at all cost

Pt 3. Yes I stayed here for a month. Things personally in my life trumped the hassle of moving hotels. EXCEPT. After being called a liar, accused of destroying their rooms so someone would have to come in daily to make sure I wasn’t destroying it ( these comments are ONLY because I have a SERVICE DOG not a ESA) them trying to create a pet deposit to charge me. Then to be lied to and told I can’t extend my stay any longer because the hotel was completely booked. (I can clearly see they aren’t even booked half full from hotels.com) If you are a single male with no disability or service dog and only staying one night and can handle blatant disrespect to your face then this is the perfect place to stay for one night only. Because they’ll push their way into your room and trash you as a person for existing while blowing smoke in your non smoking room. The nails in the parking lot I got in my tire and the used condoms and trash are just the icing on the cake. Oh and there is no laundry facility on site. Thats just another lie. Might as well fork out another $10 a night to stay anywhere else but here. Sleeping in your car is more preferred.

Avoid at all cost

Nightmare. When I arrived to check in nothing was said to me the guy didn’t even get out of his chair and come to talk to me. Then I was told I was a liar for not providing an ID for my service dog. (That’s illegal to ask) so I asked for a refund and the other male that came to help, They both stopped speaking to me and stopped speaking English. Waved me away. Went outside found the ID on my phone and showed the males. They changed my room number and shoved me a card. The room was used and trash can full of beer cans. Had to ask for a new room because that one was leaking. During check in I had a friend help me and they only wanted to speak to him during the room exchange instead of me. (Showing obvious signs of discomfort in speaking with a female) Housekeeping came in less than 12 hours of me checking in to “check the room” I work from “home” so I was in the room during the day and was treated like a criminal. When I asked for clean linens and towels after a Week of being there. They refused. Said I couldn’t do that. I spent 2 weeks during this one stay because moving to a new hotel was extremely inconvenient to me. Housekeeping never came and I was denied clean linens and towels so I used my own and had to go buy my own toilet paper because front desk told me I wasn’t allowed to ask for them to be changed. Parties in the parking lot of groups drinking and grilling and playing music loudly. It only gets worse from here and will leave extended review. Pt. 1

Our room had trash in the bed side drawer, and for a no smoking hotel there was burns on the blankets and sheets, as well as the room stunk like cigarettes. The room was unbearably hot when we got into it and took over an hour to cool any at all. The floor had not been swept.

The room was both very unclean and almost nothing worked. Hair in the fridge and in the microwave? Also just as a list of everything messed up when we checked in: phone wasn’t connected, alarm clock unplugged, TV said no signal and you couldn’t use any outlets next to the bed. Not to mention rude customer service and lack of professionalism. Received a non-smoking room that smelt like what you would imagine your grandmothers house from the 1960s smelt. The cherry on top was the hole and screw in the ceiling. Ultimately wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend at all.

Never Again!

From the rude man at check in to him giving us a room that was occupied, and then being more rude when we came back to get a room that was empty it was already obvious that this hotel has no business whatsoever on hotels.com. On top of that it says there is a no smoking policy, but the room reeked of cigarette smoke and we found cigarettes and ashes in the nightstand draw as we checked the room before leaving. The door was so crooked on the frame that you could see light around the door 24/7. If not for the fact that there was nothing available for a reasonable price due to University of Georgia graduation weekend, I most definitely would have left.

Customer service was not the best from an older gentleman that checked me in. The room was great and everything worked the only complaint I have is with the desk clerk.when I arrived at the office to check in the clerk was watching some kind of religious activity and clapping his hands and chanting and wouldn’t stop and check me in until it ended which was very rude he needs to be reminded he is not in church he is supposed to be working and I don’t believe in that cult crap here in America

The staff at the entrance was very rude, and the property felt very dirty and unkept. We believe there may have been bedbugs in the beds, and the room was very dirty and stained. I’d reccomend to pay a couple extra bucks to go to the hotel right next to it as jt looks much nicer and safer.

Got locked inside the hotel bathroom alone when the door handle broke off. I called the front desk 10 times and didn’t get anyone finally I was able to break lock and get myself out after 10 minutes and walked in to the lobby to the old Indian guy sleeping at the front desk.
