We visited Jalandhar in Aug 2026 and stayed at The Maya. We booked on hotels.com -straightforward booking process and good discounted rates! The Maya is centrally located ,with easy access to local amenities and public transport. I would like to particularly mention the front desk staff - very professional and very helpful. They were all lovely to speak to and greeted with Sat Sr Akal on the phone /in person which I value very much .Nothing was too much trouble .Staff celebrated the Independence day during our stay-they hoisted the flag and decorated the hotel . Food-plenty of choices for breakfast but I feel the quality of food could be worked upon. I still remember Maya from years ago ,when the food here was the talk of the town. I guess I was probably looking for the same quality. Room- comfortable and clean as were the common areas. Good wifi but maybe change to better tv s .The bathroom is a bit cosy but worked okay. Gym-basic gym setup and functional ,helps if you have a long stay Over all a great experience and we will be staying here again!

Good hotel.Excellent staff. Very polite and extremely helpful. Couldn't do enough for you. Looking forward to my next visit. One suggestion. There should be two bedside cabinets on either side of the bed. Our room had only one. Also, for the benefits of those who don't have mobile, hotel should provide printed menu as well. RS Bains

Fantastic stay

The staff let us check in early for free. The breakfast was mouth watering. The staff took good care of us. The room was clean and so was the bathroom. The hotel is close to the malls, bazaars and places to eat. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.

The Maya Hotel for me was a great place to stay from the welcoming staff to everyone and everything.. myself and husband enjoyed my 10 days first in Jalandhar India. Feedback: 1.There was no micro wave in the room to warm food, although they asked us to call for home service. I think something are meant to be private... 2. We had to call to turn on hot water..they should have informed us that they turn off hot water at 11th-hour.
