Best free breakfast anywhere. Waffles with strawberries and whipped cream, fresh fruit, excellent hot food, cereal and yogurt. Rooms very quiet and beds really comfortable. I stay here anytime I’m in Victoria.

We got a newly refurbished room and very nice. Breakfast was quite substantial and the service was great. We were very pleased with our stay. Just a block off the Main Street very near the parliament, easy walking to downtown as well as the ferry dock.

The room was very clean and well maintained. I could nitpick a little bit about the quality of the toilet paper and the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom but basically good value for a great location in downtown Victoria.
