The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. The hotel was very functional but not cosy. I would use the hotel again for business and I felt it was good value for money.

Perfectly situated not far from M6. Good stop over spot during a long journey south. Staff extremely helpful.

Decent hotel for the area. Good breakfast and location. Found evening menu in restaurant limited so not ideal for people staying quite a few days. I also found my bed a bit uncomfortable. Overall though, I was happy with the place.

Upon arrival we were asked to pay for our room even tho I had just paid online. Once I showed my receipt all was fine but just not sure if this is common issue. Room was ok and nothing more needs a refresh as felt very musty and dated etc. other areas looked modern and updated but we didn’t use them.

4/10 Regular

My stay here just ended up being terrible. Firstly my room was covered in spiders and cobwebs in the majority of the ceiling corners proving that is definitely has not been cleaned properly. Secondly, the walls and windows must be so thin, because you can hear everything. A room 3 doors down closing their toilet seat? You can hear it. If you’re not bothered by the above then it would be an okay stay I guess. The hotel was modern-ish.

The hotel was lovely, rooms very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Only downfall was the bar. Its a really nice space but unused. Pool table had no balls (apparently they'd been pinched and not replaced). We got an uber to a pub a couple miles up the road for a meal and drinks.

Parking was excellent plenty of spaces. There was no chef so wasn't able to get anything to eat not even offered a sandwich and lift was broken but gentleman on reception did offer to help with any luggage

6/10 Buena

When arrived on a very hot day we were told lift was out of order. We stayed in the highest floor and the furthest away room so not very helpful lift being out of order. No welcome bottles of water considering the weather small touch like that would have gone a long way. Breakfast was dried up bacon and stuck warmed up scrambled egg. The rooms are very small with no air con and tiny window that didn’t let much air in😡. It was convienient stay over as was attending another hotel for a wedding.

The room was very very small. The bed barely fit. The breakfast only offered coffee in a termos. 130€ for a night with these services is a bit too expensive
