Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much for having me!

We had a stay in this super clean, modern and very friendly apartment/hotel Rioca. The local station into the city is only a few minutes walk away, plus there are shops and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and the small kitchen had all the essentials. The friendly staff were always on hand and went out of their way to make us feel very welcome, in particular Mr. Cassano. Thank you for a great stay. We definitely plan to return when we are next in Munich.

It was close to both the S-bahn and U-bahn which made everything very accessible, as well as having a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy close by. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. We had breakfast once and it was good - lots of options as well as free tea/coffee in the lobby at all times. The staff were helpful and friendly. I’d definitely recommend the Rioca!
