Fantastic Stay – Special Thanks to Batu & Nils!

The hotel is ideally located directly across from Augsburg HBF station, making it extremely convenient for travel, with taxis, buses, and tram stops right outside the door. Overall, the hotel was very good. Although our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, we were offered a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch and much appreciated. The main reason for our high rating is down to Batu and Nils, who were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Nothing was ever too much trouble—they clearly work very hard and are dedicated to ensuring guests have a great experience. They are truly a credit to the hotel and their employer. We would absolutely stay here again without hesitation when visiting this beautiful city and fully recommend this hotel—5 stars without a doubt! Thank you so much, Batu and Nils!

After I checked in I never spoke to anyone at the hotel. The front desk was never open until 10 PM as advertised in my entire stay instead you had to code into the empty back parking lot to enter the building. House keeping leaving vacuum cleaner on the stairs unattended. Grey carpet in the common area is filthy. When checkout time came. I stood at the desk at called for 5 minutes only to realize that someone was in the back office and didn't answer but came out and took the keys I left on the desk. Mycket trevligt boende med hjälpsam personal och nära kommunikationer i Augsburg. Gratis glass till alla gäster i receptionen och trots att vi var där tidigt fick vi oerhört trevligt bemötande. Rummet var fint och modernt. Dock aningens dammigt på nattduksbord och sänggavel. Trycket i duschen var väldigt dåligt. Då det var så svagt att det nästan droppade vatten än rann. Badrummet skulle kunnat få sig en uppfräschning. Frukosten superb!

駅に近く、スーパーマーケットも駅の横にあり大変便利です。コインランドリーもトラムで2駅のところにあり便利です。ツインの部屋は広くて、バスタブ付きです。チェックインの時間が決まったら、前もって伝えることによりスムーズなチェックインインができると思います。

Great stay, rich breakfest by the lovely BF-Lady. Loved the fridge in the reception where you could grab a beer or snack after Office hours. 200 m. Walk from Riegele Brewery Erich is one of Germanys best, dont miss the Biergarten or the souvenirshop.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang der Rezeption, die jederzeit im Rahmen der empfangszeiten für Fragen zur Verfügung stand. Super, dass ein direkter Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Sehr angenehm fand ich zudem, dass jederzeit kostenloser Kaffee Cappuccino etc. zur Verfügung stand gutes Frühstück und großzügig geschnittene Zimmer. Sehr gute Lage da direkt am Bahnhof und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Zentrum Augsburgs
