AC didn't work well, needed fridges in room, good breakfast & nice to have coffee then but expensive to buy coffee and time outside of breakfast hours. Would be nice to have a shuttle to the town center. Overall, good stay. Thank you.

Great place to stay

They were very friendly and accommodating! We drove there, and the hotel parking was easy, and they let us leave the car there after we checked out for the day to explore the rest of the coast. It was the perfect distance from the center of town, and we loved our stay. The only thing that could have made it better was longer pool hours! Definitely a memorable experience and trip.

Modern, high tech, quiet rooms and dark. Had a really good night’s sleep. Comfy beds and big, fluffy towels. Staff friendly and polite. Bonus was the water dispenser for hot, cold and fizzy water. A very nice and comfortable stay.

Lovely clean hotel with great staff. Very modern inside and out with some very good facilities. Hotel is still very new so a few teething things here and there but nothing that distracted from the stay!

This was an ultra modern room, that was pretty quiet, except if you leave windows open in the morning when workmen and birds got going in early AM on back of property. It wasn't very crowded in April, and since it was a good walk to other dining options, we generally ate in the hotel. They had a great breakfast buffet (included) and many other meals we ate there, we frequently had the restaurant to ourselves, but there was a good variety of excellent options, including multiple vegetarian offerings and excellent service 👍

Pleasant stay in a modern hotel

Stay was pleasant, great pool surroundings and staff were friendly and helpful (especially with bus to airport recommendation). Breakfast was good, especially providing gluten free options. The hotel has made a conscious attempt to be modern which we enjoyed but there were some faults such as the electronic blinds being temperamental, rooms were not very soundproofed and we were woken up by others moving around in their rooms, closing doors and scraping chairs across the floor. Unfortunately the hotel did not accommodate our request to use facilities to freshen up on our last day as we were not flying home until late - they suggested we use the open shower by the pool. We would have paid a fee to use a room for an hour if this had been an option, but we were informed we’d have to pay a full nights rate if we wanted to do this.

Rooms were fairly clean and very eco friendly. Not bad in terms of size. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Be prepared for back problems. Also I was charged a cancellation fee after having two reservations since I noticed the price went down before my stay. Despite the fact that I canceled my first reservation when I made my new reservation and provided the hotel with my cancellation email, they still charged me one nights stay as a cancellation fee. I basically paid to stay one night in the same room twice. There was a lot of back and forth between front desk and back office. Never a manager to speak with. Overall this was a big inconvenience. Would not stay again.

Very nice hotell and friendly staff

Amazing and friendly staff at the hotell. I travelled in late November, so it was off season. It must be beautiful in the summer season when you can use the outdoor pool etc. The garden outside is beautiful, also ate dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Nice breakfast, very helpful staff. Quiet area and just a walk to the busy streets in Sorrento

A modern hotel with friendly staff. A good set of breakfast options. Some things to be aware of: Possibly slightly too far out of the centre of Sorrento for us (about a 20 min walk) Some of the technology in the rooms is too complicated for its own good (bathroom light wouldn’t turn on in middle of night). Pool is not heated so was freezing cold (it was May). There’s no fridge in the rooms.

Give it a several months….

The rooms were nice however they do have an ant infestation problem, spotty WiFi and electrical problems in the rooms. The hotel is new and they still have a lot to work on. Ants were crawling from under the doors and walls and into our luggage. WiFi was very dodgy and outlets worked on and off.

O hotel é moderno, limpo e numa boa localização. Se você gosta de andar, estará a 2km do centro Histórico, Porto etc. Que é onde tudo acontece. Não tem frigobar. Mas tem garrafa vidro para vc abastecer no filtro de água que ficam nos corredores de cada andar. Água com gás, sem natural e gelada, além de água quente para vc fazer café, ou chá, já que eles abastecem com sachê de café e chá. Limpeza, modernidade e conforto. Banheiro super-limpo com secador, e amenidades como xampu, condicionador, sabonete, hidratante etc. Paguei mais caro por um quarto com varanda e vista, acho que isso abrilhantou meu dias em Sorrento. Café da manhã excelente! Nota 10 para a equipe!
