O Quarto é bom com duas camas confortavel, no entanto só tem uma cadeira se for pra varanda 1 pessoa senta a outra fica de pé, não tem uma lixeira no quarto, só no banheiro. Café é muito bagunçado porque não tem controle de entrada, pessoas entram sem camisa, todos os dias faltou copo, xicaras, não havia adocante.

Ficamos 5 dias no hotel a experiência foi boa o local e limpo e os funcionários são atenciosos. Tenho alguns pontos de observação a comida não é quente o café não é quente, água de coco é na máquina de sucos porém acabou na segunda feira e só colocaram de volta na terça não tem muitas variedades repetem muito o cardápio de comida, não havia bar próximo na praia somente o bar na aérea da piscina, frutos do mar colocaram no cardápio apenas na quinta feira a área do sorvete não estava funcionando na segunda começou a funcionar na terça feira na parte da tarde, a rede que aparece nas fotos não havia disponível. Mas pelo custo tá ok .

A comida deixa muito a desejar ,a estrutura em si é boa ,limpinho, silencioso . Agora as comidas ,não tem um elogio se quer a ser feito. Sem gosto ,repetitivas ,nunca estão na temperatura correta . Os petiscos são pouco variados ,sem contar que parece que tem sempre pouca comida. Pra crianças é perigoso a piscina de recreação ser junto com a piscina mais funda que tem ,sem apresentar nenhuma barreira física de proteção entre as duas. Também pra criança não tem variedade de diversão e comida,embora tenha hambúrguer ,a pizza não é das melhores,resumindo tudo muito sem sabor .E não tem muitas opções de bebidas geladas ,só shop e drinks que também não são muitos bons. A fila da tapioca parece o INSS,se não chegar cedo não consegue 😂. Resumindo a estrutura está de parabéns,limpeza e organização. Os funcionários fazem a parte deles . Mas o resto vale a pena não .

Passamos ótimos dias lá. Os funcionários são excelentes. Todos que tive contato são educados e muito prestativos. Nos dias que ficamos hospedados não faltou nada, porém, é bom ressaltar que foram dias de baixa temporada e ocupação pequena. Acredito que em dias de pico possa haver problemas de filas e abastecimento. Como não foi o meu caso o resort merece nota excelente.

Hotel muito bom, refeições e bebidas muito boas. Particularmente não gostei do chopp da Oktel, mas gosto meu. Acho só que o buffet de almoço poderia iniciar antes das 12h já que o checkout é as 12h, daria tempo de fazer uma refeição reforçada antes de sair. Ficamos num.quarto bom, mas que o ar condicionado não está a funcionando bem e pingando. Em um dia de chuva, apareceram goteiras encima de uma das camas saindo do forro. Comuniquei na recepção, mas pelo horário não tinha pessoal da manutenção. Sugeriram mudar para outro quarto, mas xomoe.ra tarde e minha filha já está a dormindo, se tornou inviável, já que o quarto ficaria no outro lado do hotel. Equipe de diversão boa, com bastante opções de bebidas, drinks feitos na hora, chopp e opções de café. O café da manhã é ótimo, muitas opções de.comidas, tapiocas preparadas na hora. Almoço e jantar bons, apesar de não haver tantas opções de pratos diferentes. Uma crítica é que o check-in as 15h e o check-out as 12h fazem o hóspede perde um Almoço. Isso poderia ser melhorado.

Gostei, porém mudaram uma regra que prejudicou muito minha saída, pois após o check out de 12:00 HS, não permitem mais consumir alimentos. Essa mudança foi a pouco tempo, pois antes permitiam. O hóspede desse jeito saiu perdendo.
