3 olive trees is incredible! Far enough outside of Athens that you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough to be there quickly when you want to be part of the action. The property inself was beautiful, new clean and very enjoyable. We wish we would’ve had more than three nights here. It’s a perfect place to unwind and watch life go by The beach across the street is small but perfect. There is a tunnel under the road so you don’t have to play Frogger on your way to the sun. Also, it’s probably a four minute walk to the water. Could not be happier with our stay at three olive trees, this property is a 10 out of 10.

Room was spacious and comfortable for two people. The view of the sea was amazing especially from the balcony. There was a beach across the street which was a two minute walk, there was a nicer beach with sunbeds and umbrella just a one minute drive down the road. Spacious, modern loft room with sea view. Outside areas by the sea to get the afternoon sun and patio the other side for the morning sun. Well equipped kitchen with oven and hob. A car is definitely recommended to see the area. Easy driving and all drives around this bottom tip are less than 30mins. Parking is secure and free below the hotel. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Tip: Only a shower gel/shampoo pump is provided so bring conditioner.

We stayed for 2 days with my family, we got a 2 bed and 2 bath overlooking the sea. The room is beautifully decorated & staff are nice. It’s near the busy street but you can’t hear the noise. You can swim in front of the beach. A lot of market place for grocery or eating around the area. Will come back again next time!

We travelled by car and were happy to be able to use the underground parking lot. It did take a bit of getting used to as the ramp in and out of the garage is steep. But it was clean, easy, and safe to access, like the rest of the premises. It was a comfortable stay and the staff are warm and welcoming.

Nice quiet getaway by the sea

Nice apartment with a great ocean view across the main road. Property was very quiet so it was peaceful when on the premises. Tucked just in front of a neighborhood and not far from the beach. I didn't see many amenities nearby but didn't seek out groceries or restaurants while in the area at a wedding. The loft apartment was really well appointed. Interactions with staff were limited but positive and friendly.

3Olive Trees is a beautifully designed, terrifically and well appointed apartment hotel. Our room had an incredible vista across the water to the setting sun and a lovely terrace facing east to see the sun rise. Everything in the apartment is well considered and of premium quality. It was a lovely apartment to stay in. Great small kitchen. Staff were generally welcoming and friendly… although others have commented on their experience which we got brief experience with also. Definitely recommended.
