Good comfortable stay. Swimming goggles and caps are a must to use the swimming pool here which we didn't carry with us during the travel and didn't want to buy another just for 1 night stay, hence didn't use the pool. Other amenities are good including a well equipped gym and spa.

The hotel feels like it is stuck in the 80s. Outdated, with only soap available in the showers; the Spa makes you buy and use swimming caps and towels for the pool; the bar is outdated and serves mostly burgers and pizzas (delicious, but...) One positive thing is the staff. From the receptionists to the bartenders, everyone is going out of their way to be helpful and cheerful.

Venligt personale i receptionen, talte ganske godt engelsk. Det samme var desværre ikke tilfældet i restauranten, kunne kun spansk, ikke et ord engelsk, det var faktisk svært at kommunikere med tjenerne. Desuden kunne de ikke lave mad, vi fik kalvesnitsler, de var tilberedt i friture, det gør man ikke i en restaurant, jeg spiste kun det halve, det var ikke værd at spise, det samme med pomfritterne de var også uspiselige, de røg alle ud.

Cet hôtel 4* ne les mérite pas. Le bâtiment fait vieux avec manque d'entretien. Dans les chambres, certes spacieuses, il n'y avait aucun savon en brique, pas de kit amenities, pas de bonnet de douche, pas de mouchoir. Tout cela est un minimum pour un 4* ! Le personnel du restaurant, le soir de notre visite, était désagréable et ne parlais que l'espagnol. Bref, à éviter !

Fijn hotel met goed ontbijt voor bezoek aan Santander en regio. Paar goede tips gekregen bij het inchecken. Wat betreft zwembad, let erop dat dit een aangrenzend sportbad is met baantjes en een badmuts verplicht is. Beide niet ons ding en het was fijn geweest als dit duidelijker in de hotelomschrijving had gestaan. Je verwacht een normaal hotelzwembad en niet een sportbad waar je ook nog eens verplicht een muts moet kopen voor €5 per stuk. Belachelijk! Wil je toch gaan zwemmen, dan zijn deze mutsen een stuk goedkoper bij Decathlon te vinden. Waterdruk en afvoer echt uitstekend. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en smakelijk. Neem je een kamer met slaapbank voor een derde persoon, let er dan wel op dat deze echt heel klein/smal/kort is. Een kind van 14 past er net in. Meer echt niet. Heel lekker schijnt het ook niet te slapen.
