Nice building but needs lots of work, rooms are very old, faucet and toilet did not work. Hotel clerk was very helpful and moved us to a different room.

Room was clean but looks nothing like the pictures online. Not enough towels, toileting accessories and even toilet paper. We had to ask for them to be picked up at the front desk. WiFi was supposed to be available and we could never connect. It’s close to downtown but needs mayor updates to look as the pictures shown. No AC but room had a ceiling fan and helped that it was not to hot at night.

The only thing good with this hotel was available parking. The entire hotel is not clean. Both of the rooms I booked had no towels. While at front desk, two other guest were asking for towels as well. When I got home, I realized during check in my ID was not retuned. I tried to get a hold of them so they could mail to me but they NEVER answered the phone. Book wisely.

You get what you pay for

Unless you were just looking for a place to sleep, do not book this hotel. It is old, dated, rundown, and not very clean. The front desk clerk is downright rude. Its location is good. But that is the only thing to recommend about it. The housekeeping staff appreciates tips and cleaned our room well after leaving 50 pesos.

No towels, our vehicle was broken into in the parking garage and many things of value stolen. The police returned some larger items but nothing of value. Very noisy on a street near clubs with loud music that went on late into the night.

Muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones están limpias, y la atención por parte del personal fue excelente, siempre muy amables y atentos. El estacionamiento es práctico y el servicio de WiFi funciona bien. Como sugerencia, sería ideal mejorar el aire acondicionado o clima en las habitaciones para hacer la estancia aún más confortable. En general, es una buena opción para hospedarse.
