Comfortable, well appointed rooms with efficient layout. Very clean throughout. Relatively newly renovated property under the Gardener by IHG name. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent with freshly made eggs and a meat side, plus the usual addition, such as toasting bread a, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, and tea. We got in rather late but the front desk clerk was so kind and pleasant. Saw her again the next morning with just the same attitude. She is definitely a keeper and should be awarded for her amazing customer service! I wish I could remember her name but she was a beautiful Black woman. Our route there led us through a rather sketchy area but the hotel and other side that we saw the next morning was very welcoming. The rooms looked recently renovated and were very nice. The carpet did look a bit dingy but not bad. Thank you.

We arrived early and were able to check-in. All the staff were friendly and very helpful in answering any questions we had. Our room was very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was standard items(minus the waffles), and staff kept tables clean and breakfast items stocked during the breakfast rush. I will stay again the next time I am in town. Only drawback to our room was a lot of traffic noise during rush hour, as our room was facing north on a busy street. If road noise bothers you I would ask for a room facing the south side of the building.

This hotel is an oasis in the area. It is quiet and clean and lovely with very friendly staff. I always recommend it to people coming here and stay periodically as a break. Highly recommend.
