Having a room with 3 queen beds for a family of 5 was amazing! The room was very clean, beds & pillows were comfortable and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but still nice to have. The property was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it

10/10 Exceptional

Comfortable, well appointed rooms with efficient layout. Very clean throughout. Relatively newly renovated property under the Gardener by IHG name. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was decent with freshly made eggs and a meat side, plus the usual addition, such as toasting bread a, cold cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, orange juice, coffee, and tea. Good value for the price.

6/10 Good

We got in rather late but the front desk clerk was so kind and pleasant. Saw her again the next morning with just the same attitude. She is definitely a keeper and should be awarded for her amazing customer service! I wish I could remember her name but she was a beautiful Black woman. Our route there led us through a rather sketchy area but the hotel and other side that we saw the next morning was very welcoming. The rooms looked recently renovated and were very nice. The carpet did look a bit dingy but not bad. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and modern. It was quiet at night despite being close to the elevator. The staff was nice and let us check out 1 hour later. Definitely coming back.
