Nice getaway in a throw back room

Charming hotel. Rooms were a bit odd with very low furniture that was not especially comfortable or easy to sit in. Very noisy bed when either of us moved at all. But the views are amazing. The location is super convenient to the waterfront, aquarium and Cannery Row plus a lot of very good dining options. The Breakfast was very tasty and the staff were very friendly and service oriented.

It was a beautiful and fabulous location. Across the street from the ocean, walking distance to the Aquarium and Cannery Row. Wonderful breakfast and evening happy hour food. Beautiful ocean views from the breakfast room and some of the guest rooms. Beautiful old Victorian with antique furniture.

Look, these folks are sitting on a Halloween GOLD MINE. If they were to take the month of October and turn the Inn into a haunted mansion that hosted murder mystery dinners they could make BANK and it would be THE PERFECT setting. A girl can dream. LOVED the fireplace in our room, the antique furniture, the common areas. We loved how accessible Cannery Row and Pacific Grove are from this spot. We just loved our stay.

Customer Services is above excellent but the room has no Refrigerator, Microwave, Television , AC and Table to eat also if you’re 6 footer the shower head is too small and tight. Breakfast is a Champion with a nice view facing the ocean

If your mind set is Victorian era then this is the place. Lots of older furniture and history through out this property. It does smell old if that makes sense :)
