If i could give 0 stars, i would do it. Everything in this hotel is so wrong and bad. At the check-in, nobody was able ti speak english. They forgot to give me the tickets for dinner, and they called my room and told me i needed to go to the reception. It was their fault that they forgot the tickets, so they should not be so lazy, and call me to the reception. I stayed here with my girlfriend, and 1 night (26/03-2022) she was sad and was crying. The walls at the hotel must be very thin because one man from the reception came to our room and told that EVERYBODY in this hotel was complaining about my girlfriend crying. He even told os if she didnt stop crying, he would call the police. They day after we checked out and went the last days in Aracaju in another hotel. This was the worse experience ever! And dont even think about calling them. We tryed so many times, and nobody answered, even we tryed so many times.
