There were things that needed taken care of . 1 being a toilet that kept running The next day they upgraded us to a wonderful room that accommodated our needs. Had a couple other questions needing help with and they helped immediately. Will definitely go back

This is an older property that has been renovated. The rooms are small and you can hear noise in the courtyard and from other rooms. On the good side the staff is well organized and helpful. Great location for seaside walks.

Annette was great. She set-up everything for me to check-in when I told her I might arrive late & past the check-in time. She was professional and friendly. Although the room was a bit smaller than what I used to, I’ll come back if I need an overnight stay in Monterey.

This place was conveniently close to the beach and a part of downtown Monterey. It was a very quiet area, very private. The rooms were exceptionally clean, very comfy beds, in all it was a very nice place to spend my weekend in Monterey Bay. When I return to Monterey, I definitely will book a room with this Inn.! The front desk was so helpful, very nice, and accommodating. The common areas were kept very clean as well, I definitely would recommend this place.
