Comfortable modern rooms in a great location. We stayed here at the beginning and end of a ten day trip through Spain, and the friendly young woman at the desk recognized us when we walked in, welcomed us back, and asked about our trip. The hotel is a maize, with rooms squeezed into several floors in an old building, but the rooms are very nice and modern once you find them.

Hotel was in a great spot, but tucked away so it wasn’t noisy at night. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was adequate and even had a little mini fridge. Though it got a little hot in the room, I found closing the bathroom door really helped as the large windows in bathroom make the room quite warm. I stayed here twice because I liked to location so much, and easy access to transportation. The 24hr coffee corner was perfect since I’m often awake at 5am.

This is a relatively basic hotel but was very centrally-placed and a great base for exploring the city. It is really close to the Plaza Mayor but given that, was still really nice and quiet and the room was comfortable, clean and air-conditioned. There were no breakfast options available but there was a 'coffee room' in the basement which had drinks and snacks available 24/7. We also came out of our room in the mornings to find a small brown bag with a couple of baked goodies in it for each of us - a lovely touch!

Great place to stay! Centrally located, walking distance to most things! The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. They gave croissants every morning, which was a bonus. And they have a coffee bar, with some fruit and cookies. The only negative was that we were on the first floor and we need to bring out bags up about 7-8 steps, which is not terrible. Except if you have 50lbs of luggage could be inconvenient for the elderly. I would definitely recommend !
