Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing, especially considering I paid approximately €535 for 7 nights. The room was far below my expectations. The interior looked old and neglected, the bed was uncomfortable, and there wasn’t even a shower curtain in the bathroom. There were spider webs and dust in every corner, which made the room feel poorly cleaned. On top of that, the door lock constantly caused problems and was frustrating to use. I asked if it was possible to change to a different room because I was so dissatisfied with the one I was given, but I was told that no other rooms were available. The staff were not particularly helpful in handling the situation, and they also informed me that a refund was not possible. One of the biggest issues was the housekeeping. If I wanted to sleep in or simply relax in my room, it was impossible because the staff would let themselves in without knocking first. The only way to avoid this was to go downstairs and tell the reception that I didn’t want room service, as there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign available to hang on the door. That is not something guests should have to do. The breakfast was very basic. It was edible, but there was very little variety and nothing memorable. The only positive part of my stay was the receptionist, who was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful during check-in. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are much better options available for the price.
