This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. The staff were so welcoming and polite, they went above and beyond throughout our stay. The hotel is beautiful, two main pools and plenty of sun-beds. The room was lovely and spacious, we even had a private pool. The beach and main strip of bars and restaurants were a 2 minute walk away. I’d highly recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for after two days in Fira. We wanted a relaxing couple of days away from the hustle and bustle of Fira. Hotel facilities (pool) were great. Enough choice of restaurants in the surrounding area, make sure to walk the entire beach promenade before making your choice. Hotel breakfast (included) was fabulous!

So accommodating. Staff and service was excellent, so kind and friendly. I stayed for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer! Pictures are exactly what it is. Pretty but lacking service mindset and space.

Overall very pretty hotel with a lot of potential. However, personnel is a bit rude and entitled for a five star hotel. Furthermore, there was an every day war to get a space in the pool due to to little chairs - people went out to block their beds early morning. The receptionists and cleaning staff was, however, amazing and helpful. For the price we paid, you can get much better service and comfort.

The property is well run, clean and the staff were very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. I can’t think of any reason to say the resort is substandard for the value. BUT, the cost to purchase a drink is astronomical compared to outside the resort. I’m not sure if it’s to slow down the drinking or make money. If it’s to make money then drop the price so people won’t leave the resort to drink. You’re already making good money to stay there. PDM
