We spent a few days here over our honeymoon. The location was great - short walk to to town and the cathedral. The staff were friendly. Our room was clean and had a nice view of the cathedral and the river. Breakfast buffet was decent. Plenty of parking. 15 minutes to Stonehenge by car. Would recommend.

Lovely, spotless room. Staff always polite and willing to help. The breakfast was excellent. We had lunch at the hotel also, which was very good, I have some dietary issues and the staff/kitchen were more than happy to adapt my chosen dish for me. Plenty of room to park avoiding having to find a parking space which could be a long distance from the hotel, which is particularly important for us due to issues a member of our party has with walking long distances. A lovely view of the river and Salisbury Cathedral from the balcony leading off the bar/restaurant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Adorable and quaint boutique hotel beautifully located on a little creek. Staff was very pleasant and stay was perfe t for a night before our cruise out of Southampton. Breakfast was perfect and parking was right in front of hotel.. Try and get a riverview stay if you can!

The hotel has been fully refurbished to a very high standard and is located in a quiet area of Salisbury. Yet it is within easy walking distance of the City, plus there is plenty of free parking on site ! The only downside is that Dinner is not available at the hotel. However a free shuttle service is provided into the City Centre. Would definitely recommend the Riverside Hotel for a City break.

The breakfast menu was excellent. The room was better than when we last stayed. Great views and spotlessly clean. Best of all were the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. Parking was good and the complimentary minibus into town is brilliant (with a very friendly driver).
