A localização do Ritz Plaza Mar é excelente, na divisa entre Pajuçara e Ponta Verde, perto das feirinhas, da praia e de tudo o que precisamos para aproveitar Maceió. Porém, a estrutura do hotel deixa bastante a desejar. As instalações são antigas, as portas não têm uma boa vedação acústica e o barulho dos corredores acaba incomodando bastante. Além disso, achei o valor da hospedagem elevado para o que o hotel oferece. Pela localização e pelo preço cobrado, esperava mais conforto, melhor estrutura e uma experiência mais satisfatória. A localização é, sem dúvida, o grande ponto positivo, mas acredito que o hotel precisa investir em melhorias para oferecer uma estadia à altura do valor pago.

Os quartos são limpos somente nos dias impares, o que prejudica um pouco a limpeza do quarto e principalmente do banheiro. Funcionários são muito gentis e prestativo. Nota 10. O café da manhã deixa a desejar, os salgadinhos são de massa pesada e os pratos quentes é sempre salsichas, ovos mexidos, e mandioca. Pelo preço deveria ser melhor. Quanto ao ar-condicionado funcionou perfeitamente e deixou uma temperatura agradável no quarto. A localização é excepcional e próximo da orla onde tudo acontece.

Fiz reserva numa categoria e me entregaram outro quarto além de ter feito cama de casal e me deram um de solteiro fui reclamar o recepcionista grosso, achou ruim pq reclamei fez hr pra me dar outro quanto arrumou uma chave e disse vá ver se esse tá bom e mesmo assim não era o da categoria apenas com cama de casal como estava super cansado depois de um dia todo de trabalho fui pedir a ele travesseiro o cara em entrega dois restos de travesseiros e ainda diz, não tem fronha se quiser é assim… péssima hospedagem, não recomendo!

Foi horrível nossa estadia, atendimento foi a uinica parte que ajudou durante o período! Cafe da manhã fraco, pelo preço da diária deveria ser muito melhor. Agora falando da estrutura, por fora o hotel parece lindo e muito estruturado! Agora por dentro ė péssimo, quartos feios, camas duras, elevador estava fedendo formol, quartos pequenos sem espaço algum para 3 pessoas. Limpeza faz a cada dois dias e nem limpam de uma forma certa. No momento em que chegamos o quadro de luz que ficava dentro do quarto fazia barulho de estouro, estralos. Chamamos o moco da manutenção que foi atencioso e estava disposto a ajudar, mas nao o liberaram para resolver e mudar de quarto. Fizeram gambiarra onde ficava o cartão para abrir a porta, fazendo com que o mesmo descodificasse a todo momento e não conseguíssimos entrar no quarto! Hotel fraco!

O hotel é muito mais antigo do que parece nas fotos. Apesar da localização ser boa, falta manutenção. O quarto e o banheiro pareciam não passar por uma obra há anos.
