On arrival we have asked for an early check in possibility- no issues at all, Fernanda at the reception desk is an absolute super star! So nice and welcoming! On the day of the arrival, there was a blackout in Portugal, all staff were there to help and support during this difficult time. Every day there was someone to tidy the room and change the bedding, give clean towels. Room was very clean, modern design was very pleasant.

Fantastic hotel - amazing rooms and so well laid out - loved the roof top terrace and pool and it’s in a lovely location too! All the staff were fantastic and helpful- especially Tiago in the bar - definitely recommend this hotel and lovely Olhão and will return for sure hopefully.

The rooftop terrace was lovely, even with the less favorable weather we had to deal with during our stay. The hotel is tidy, the staff very friendly, and the rooms are clean. Our room also had a spacious private balcony where you could enjoy the sun. In short, our expectations were completely met.

Beautiful budget hotel and great pool area on roof. Very comfortable bed and nice linen. Lovely staff-very helpful- fulfilled my request re high floor. Free parking available on streets nearby.The only problem I had was the noise at night from the road especially when the bin men emptied the bins after midnight and people shouting in the street even though we were on the top floor-not hotel’s fault though- all in all very good. Thankyou.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in for a long time! All staff are fantastic! Especially reception and the guy behind the bar who is excellent. Rooms are compact but very comfortable but have everything you need for a lovely stay. Great beds good shower and we loved the large terrace (superior room) with sunbeds. Fantastic stay and I highly recommend. Rooftop pool and terrace bar is great too (even in December)

this is a lovely little hotel which we have used on many occasions. Our mistake this time was booking a standard room which we found very small with no wardrobe ( only exposed hanging rail ). Will definitely book at least a superior room next time.

Helpful and friendly staff who could answer any questions. Bathroom door was a sliding one with a gap around all sides so not soundproof in any way also not well ventilated. Cheap toilet tissue. Otherwise good room with kettle for tea but only two teabags supplied, one black and one camomile. Balcony looked at the building next door. Very lovely bed linen. Rooms not made up until the afternoon. Good fresh breakfast items but the heated food containers had been turned off so food was cold. Good location. Small observations but they make a difference.
