Reception person was very helpful at check in and when we asked to move to another room as the wall fan was very noisy. Second room was clean & bed was comfortable. We wanted to use the pool but when we looked at it, it didn't look clean. Green colour. Also, the atrium isn't like the picture shows, not plants or trees, nothing! The complimentary breakfast was a serve yourself & as items expected. For one night it is as good as it gets in Castlegar.
