Very clean with excellent staff. We were very satisfied.

It's really just another normal hotel - but it was super clean and the woman at the front desk was very pleasant. The guy the next morning at the front desk made a very decent cappuccino. No complaints (except avoid Pizza Hut next door, bland food, all bread.) I didn't use any of the amenities or eat there.

Overall very clean, quite stay. Front desk is very helpful. Only comments that could improve our stay. Is the water pressure in the shower is very weak and rubber matts so no one slips. This would be a good preventive measure to have the immediately available.

The lobby was modern and spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful, including coming up to our room to help us get on their wifi. And the rooms were spacious and clean. Great hotel! I would stay there again.

Stayed here on our way from Ontario to PEI. Location was convenient to take Ferry over to Old Quebec City for a day. Lovely pool area and nice buffet breakfast. Stayed here again on the way back two weeks later.

The hotel is above a commercial plaza, parking is plentiful and free! it is well kept, clean and comfortable. One thing we loved was that the in room fridge was COLD when we got there. In hotels, often i find that the fridge needs time after checking in to cool down to fridge temp. My only negative was that the king size bed seemed old. it was comfy, but sunk in the middle. Both of us ended up in the middle of the bed through the night.

This hotel surprised me. Very modern feel to it. It has been recently updated. We really appreciated the outdoor patio area and lobby bar.

Nice hotel but understaffed. The rooms were clean. It's on a main road so it was a bit noisy.

This hotel has been tastefully renovated. I’m familiar with all the hotels in Kingston and for the price I paid it was the best value in Kingston by a long shot. Everything is clean and well kept although there were a couple of hairs on the shower wall.

I stay at the Strata every time I'm in Kingston, and it's always a consistent experience. Renovated, bright rooms, very clean, excellent staff, quiet, central location, free parking right out front. Price point is much better than competing hotels.
