4/10 Fair

We did not have water to shower the whole time we were there. I said something to a staff member and was told to “give it an hour.” That hour never came. The location was great, the woman at the front desk was nice, but not being able to shower, flush the toilet until many uses, or brush our teeth without bottled water was unacceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, bright rooms. Fairly central location in Eixample with public transport close by if needed.

10/10 Exceptional

Nice hotel in a good location. Room was spacious, bathroom and shower were large, air conditioning worked great (was here in a heat wave), and front desk staff was very helpful. Some normal wear and tear was present in the room, indicating it's been a while since remodel, but it was very clean and well maintained. Great place.

6/10 Good

The hotel was clean and centrally located but it was very cold in our room; we were told there was not heat only air conditioning (I am not disputing the truth in that, just giving all the details). We were quite uncomfortable; meanwhile our friend's room was very hot. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of shops and restaurants close by.
