My first stay at this hotel for 5 nights was wonderful. However, this was my second stay at the hotel and unfortunately this time my experience was not satisfactory due to an interaction with two members of staff at reception.
When I extended my stay and went to collect my new key, repeatedly said, “No, that’s not the name on the room,” in an angry manner that felt rude and dismissive. During the same interaction, I asked to borrow a pen, which was thrown toward me. While this may not have been intentional, it felt disrespectful — it would have been more appropriate to hand it over.
This interaction made me feel uncomfortable. I would like to add that all other staff members were lovely and helpful, and I chose to stay again because of my previous positive experience.
