This is not our first time staying at this hotel. We absolutely love it there. Very clean rooms, and the location of the hotel is very extremely convenient. Very close to the train station and easy to get around. My only complaint is that if you get there late to check in they don’t answer the phone and they do not have a front desk to check you in so make sure you get your room access code ahead of time. Besides that I love this place.

A great place to stay, the room was super clean and spacious. Nicely located and not too far from main sites and the train station. Really easy to check in using the codes sent just before arrival. Staff were friendly and responded quickly to any queries. They also let me check out later which was a bonus! Would definitely recommend!

My husband had a lovely stay at the Locanda Herion! Not only is property spacious and clean, but it’s also conveniently located to explore Venice and surrounding area. The staff were also kind and friendly. Our train was departing a little later in the day so we requested a slightly later checkout and they happily accommodated our request. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again!

Great location super close to everything, we walked everywhere from the hotel and we caught a train to Ravenna from there and it was about a 10 min walk. The staff was very kind and helpful and the room actually bigger than the pictures seemed. Just perfect for three girls on a short trip before a cruise. Also, we caught the Alilaguna from the airport and it was like a 5 min walk from the stop.

Room was conveniently located on an island. Within walking distance of the train station so we didn’t have to take a boat to get there. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the walking area. Is not staffed with a receptionist in person that’s all done by messaging. You get a code to come into the main building and then you get a code for each individual room. The shower had good water pressure! There is a housekeeper that comes each day and she’s very friendly!
You can leave your city tax fee in the room so they have to keep her picks up. Remember to bring euros in cash only to Venice!
