We had a very enjoyable stay at the Golf Hotel Milano. Although we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel, the room was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of parking space in a covered garage and a delicious breakfast made the little time we spent there very comfortable and convenient. Situated one floor below the hotel is an excellent shopping centre with every store immaginable! The hotel is also situated near a lovely abbey in Chiaravalle which is enroute to downtown Milan. If we return to Milan, we will certainly book there again.

Första intrycket man fick när man kom fram var att personalen i receptionen var ohjälpsam, ointresserad,trött och ovälkommnande. Rummet var rymligt och bra, i ger att klaga på där. Men eftersom vi kom sent och gick för att äta middag på restaurangen på hotellet möts man av en ännu mer ointresserad kypare som inte ens reflekterar att man står där. Maten var mycket dålig och knappt ätbar. Oförskämd var personalen också. Receptionisten sitter ute och röker och lämnar recepten utan tillsyn Det är inte fräscht på terrassen ser ut som ett slagfält Ingen plockar bort glas och askkopparna är överfulla.

Globalement une bonne expérience au niveau de l’hôtel et particulièrement la chambre qui fut confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était agréable attention néanmoins au pain qui était un peu rassis. Par contre nous avions décidé de nous restaurer dans l’établissement et là le cauchemar a commencé . Tout débute par un serveur désagréable, qui ne prête même attention à votre présence . Vous lui demandez une table pour 3 personnes et vous sentez que vous n’êtes pas forcément le bienvenu , nous aurions dû stopper l’expérience. Concernant les entrées RAS ce n’est ni beau ni mauvais . Par contre les plats …. Un filet de loup surgelé et sec on ne peut plus , des pdts farineuses . Une escalope de poulet au four : vous voyez arriver une escalope milanaise mais pas du tout ! Une escalope panée surgelée basse qualité réchauffée au four Aïe ! Et pour finir mon fils prend un hamburger de bœuf . Vous vous attendez à un Burger mais en fait non c’est un vulgaire steack haché même pas 100% bœuf servi à même l assiette…..Ok on va dire qu’on a mal compris l intitulé mais quand même 100% vous demandez un hamburger on a un burger … On avait faim . On a mangé pas le choix après 6h de voyage et rien aux alentours proches hors mis Mc Do on aurait mieux fait … Le lendemain 75€ avec les boisson (une eau gazeuse et un coca) , on fait part de notre insatisfaction mais la personne a l’accueil n’a même pas daigné relever . Dommage car l’hôtel est plutôt bien !

Türgriff Badezimmertür locker, wurde repariert und nach 2 Tagen wieder locker. Ambiente auf der Terrasse ausbaufähig. Frühstück etwas mehr Abwechslung bei der Wurst und Käse wünschenswert, Frische Brötchen wären schöner statt Aufbackwaren, frisches Gemüse (Tomaten, Gurken,...) haben komplett gefehlt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmersafe konnte nicht genutzt werden.

Excellent hôtel en ligne général. Un peu loin des transports. Obligé de prendre la voiture pour aller à la gare de tramway la plus proche. De plus j'ai eu un prélèvement avant la fin du séjour ( je ne sais pas si c'est normal). En tout cas j'avais spécifié à l'accueil que je voulais payer avec une autre carte 😮‍💨

The menu is very limited just like the Breakfast, not much choices and dinner the few options they have where not that good for the price. Wont be back here for sure or go to other restaurant,their are more not so far by car
