Good hotel, horrendous transportation

The hotel is nice but the transport to the parks and back is awful. I wouldn’t recommend this place as the whole purpose is being able to go to the parks. It’s just cram on and hope for the best.

We had an amazing time during our 4 night stay. The breakfast buffet was always filled with fresh food and plenty of variety. We can highly recommend the evening buffet which exceeded our expectations for a hotel buffet. There could be more shuttle buses towards Disneyland since they were always crowded. The pool was nice but could do with warm water showers and a bit of updating.

The property is starting to show a bit of wear and tear but it is still nice. Buffet breakfast was nice and certainly enjoyed by the family. We found the room a bit warm for us. Carpet in our room had a number of stains. Overall we were happy with our stay. We would be happy to book again.

Great stay! From the moment you enter the hotel it smells amazing, and all the screens, decor, etc. do add to the “magic” feel. 😀 Free shuttle to the Disneyland park, as well we took that shuttle to the train station (it’s directly across from Disneyland Paris) and took the train into Paris for the day of sightseeing, the buffet breakfast was amazing daily and over all a great great stay! Would stay again and highly recommend! Couple things to note: small, tight rooms, but had what you need, the shuttle to the airport is available but isn’t free, and the hallways at times were loud, but is expected as the excited children were coming and going to Disney!! Great stay!

I wanted to like this hotel because the staff was so nice and it was convenient close to Disneyland Paris. The shuttle service was very good and convenient. However, the facilities fell short for the price paid. We got the family suite which was spacious however they only gave us two towels for a family of five and didn’t replace the toilet paper every day even when it was out. Also, each bed had one small pillow for a suite is ridiculous. Also, three of the five elevators were broken, which was a major havoc in the morning with people, leaving with their luggage to the airport or and going to park. The breakfast was decent. The only consolation is that the staff was very very nice and helpful and it was very convenient if you’re going to Disneyland because of the shuttles passing 20 minutes. lobby is nice but the facility needs some TLC.

This hotel room is not good at accessible bathrooms. They put the on off switch to the show on top of where the seat is for person to sit so you land up bumping the switch to boiling burning yourself and the floor is slippery. Maintenance did nothing about it and we were there for 4 days.

La chambre était propre le ménage nickel cependant la salle de bain peut être rénovée. Petit déjeuner ok car inclus dans le prix et grande variété. Cependant le dîner a 39€ par personne et seurtout 17€ pour les enfants à partir de trois ans c’est très cher. Dans l’euphorie d’aller chez Disney on y pense pas mais bon … Le bar nickel ! La piscine peut être améliorée surtout pour un public enfantins les casiers au bord de la piscine au lieu des vestiaires est un point négatifs de même qu’en avoir à dispo dans les chambres ( ou au moins dans le descriptif de l’hotel d’amener des tong pour aller à la piscine )

We had a mostly positive stay. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, though the cooked breakfast items were unfortunately cold and tasteless. A few issues with the rooms did affect our stay. The air conditioning in our rooms didn't seem to function—it appeared to be just for show. We had interconnecting rooms, and while one fridge worked perfectly, the other did not work at all. Furthermore, the safe in one room was intermittent. Upon leaving, the safe's batteries died completely, locking my belongings inside. I had to call reception and wait over 30 minutes for someone to arrive and replace the batteries so I could retrieve my items. It's worth noting that the food and drink prices in the hotel restaurant are quite high, but this seems standard for Paris and the Disney area, so it didn't feel like an outlier. Despite these problems, the positives outweighed the negatives, and I would stay at this hotel again.
