condicion de habitacion esta pobre, cerradura falla, no seguro y ruidoso por lado de highway. tarifa economico pero no recomendable para la proxima ocasion.

La verdad es un lugar muy feo, está ya casi cayéndose el edificio, lleno de cucarachas y los baños y cobijas muy sucios. Cero recomendable menos si vas con familia

Pésimas condiciones el hotel, la habitación llena de cucarachas y olor a cigarro,, pedí el cambio de habitación y la otra estaba igual llena de cucarachas,, no me quedé en el hotel tuve que buscar otro y ahora quisiera un reembolso,, no es justo pagar por algo que está en esas condiciones

Book the room on Hotels.com because it said they had three rooms available 2 1/2 hours away. We get there with a confirmation from Hotels.com and was told oh we’re sorry we don’t have no rooms and by the way they’re building a new data center around here. Bottom line is don’t blame Hotels.com if your hotel is booked why not go out there and say it’s booked so it cost an extra $90 out-of-pocket to go get another room for the night

Roach motel, worst place I’ve ever stayed. My motorcycle broke down and I had no choice but to stay. I literally put tissue paper in my ears and nose, I left the light on all night also, to keep the roaches unhappy. Do not even think about staying here.

Do not stay there. Especially if you have kids. People were coming in the lobby and using the front desk like their personal home. Grabbing things from back room and front desk staff was ok with it.

I arrived and the Clerk looked my reservation stated “ you didn’t prepaid, so no available rooms at this time- it was a long drive from San Antonio and to find out No room it was disappointing Also suggested drive around and find another place Hope my $$$ gets reinstated back on card

The front desk step was so kind and they let me check in a few hours early. But unfortunately the room was disgusting. There was blood and feces on walls. The HVAC unit had a bucket under it and was full of water and overflowing when I left the facilities I turned it off. I did not feel safe staying there overnight so I left and got a better Hotel down the street.

Cockroaches,mold,no toilet paper,1 dirty towel,room just all over filthy. We complained,manager didn’t like that so he cancelled our reservation, entered our room while we were gone and put our belongings in the lobby. That’s where they were when we returned at 10:00 pm. They told us to take our stuff and leave. Bed bugs.

Do yourself a favor and skip staying at this hotel. The property is in very bad condition and the rooms are terrible. The bed is nothing more and springs with very little padding and there were bed bugs both alive and dead. It was so bad that I immediately checked out and went to a different hotel. The owner wasn't even shocked when I told him that I found bedbugs in the room and offered nothing to change the situation. Truly awful hotel.

Don’t stay here. Expedia will let you book and then when you show up at 1am they won’t have any room for you and you’ll have to deal with Expedia to get a booking. Not worth the “savings” when you get turned away for them being fully booked- regardless how far in advance you book your room.

Reserved room an hour in advance and when I arrived I was informed there were no rooms available. I had to go down the street to THE LODGE AT THE FALLS where they had plenty of rooms available and space to park my box truck.
