Beautiful cabins in a stunning setting. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant—the food was very good. Don't miss Sunwapta Falls, just a 7-minute walk from the lodge. While the price initially seemed a bit high, it was well worth it. This lodge is a full-service oasis in a remote location and was the perfect stop on our trip from Banff to Jasper. I would definitely recommend it.

Staff was uniformly helpful and cheerful. Location worked great for us as it was 40 miles closer toward Lake Louise as we were departing the area at end of our stay. We did eat dinner at the restraunt and the dinner was superb. The menu is limited but my wife loved the chicken schnitzel. The lodge is a shorter walk from Sunwapta Falls. The property is rustic. The rooms are smaller. The bathroom is really small. For one night it was adequate. In hindsight, for the money, we should have stayed in Jasper for the variety.

This was a very small cabin room. We arrived to a freezing room that took very long to warm up. The shower did not have anywhere to put soap or washcloth. No grab bars in shower. Their restaurant is the only choice within an hour or two. . The staff was very friendly but meals were super expensive. It is walking distance of one of the best falls on the parkway.

I loved this lodge and didn't want to leave! It's really the only place to stay in the area and they do a very nice job at making you feel welcome! The local ravens in the parking lot help with this too! The staff was extremely helpful and kind! They found me every random thing I requested with a smile! They are right by the entrance to beautiful Sunwapta Falls, which is a bonus. The views all around are stunning. The rooms are more like little cabins. The only negative thing I would say is that the beds are small. They have a gift shop and a restaurant too. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was quite good as well. I definitely recommend a stay here!

Cute place, amazing area!

Such a cute place. Our room had a little front porch area where we had coffee in the morning and a drink at night. Restaurant was good (a little $$, but good). Really enjoyed our stay there. Don’t forget to visit the actual falls down the road! Would love to come back again!

This was our first time staying here and I can't wait to come back :-) My mom & I went to the Jasper for an impromptu weekend away. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I was surprised to get walked to the room and shown what was inside. We enjoyed the room and appreciated the mini fridge and the table by the windows. We ordered supper at the restaurant and found out that they deliver it to the rooms; that was a nice surprise! I recommend ordering the Bison Bolognese. It's amazing!! If a bowl of spaghetti could be a warm hug, this is it :-) The breakfast the next morning was great too. Heads up the hot water took a little bit to get going in the shower but once it kicked in there wasn't any issues. We had a small issue with the curtains but I mentioned it at check-out, so hopefully it's been addressed.
