The reception staff are manikins. No smiles, no greetings, just manikins. Other than that, the rest is very good,

HERSEY MUKEMMEL // EVERYTHING IS PERFECT

**************************************************************** Everything is super, the location of the hotel, service, comfort, communication can be preferred for that reason. We thank you very much for the interest of the hotel, we will recommend it to all our friends and we will stay here again when we come back. NOTE ; For those going from the hotel to the airport, you will use S-Bahn 7, but choose the airport one, there are 2 trains with the same number (S7) on the same line.
