Don’t go by its exterior look! Very nice hotel, about 30 mins by public transport to the centre of town but very well connected by bus! Lovely food in the restaurant and having a pool is a nice touch!

Hotel was great although further out from the city centre than I realised at booking. Have to use large zone city pass when staying. There wasn't much in the room but the beds were comfortable and good shower. Staff were really helpful throughout!

Budget hotel! Wouldn’t stay there again. Way too many guests and place is very small. Rooms are super small and you have to request cleaning service the night before. Towels were super small and looked dirty. Don’t waste your time. Location is not very convenient to anything or Copenhagen. No close train stations. Must have a car if you stay at this hotel. The only good thing is free car parking if you can manage to park in between the tourist busses coming non stop.

Lovely lobby area and things to do for kids. Food was good and everything was very clean but the rooms were TINY! We felt very cramped as bunk beds came down from the wall and left no space to walk around. NOT a family room by any stretch of the imagination!

Hotel lies at quite a noisy through road. Staff was very friendly & polite. However, three major negative aspects A) I found a former guest‘s documents on a shelf => inadequate cleaning B) Time for ordering (sic!) dinner exceeded 20 min due to a lack of staff C) the pool was ice-cold

This hotel is conveniently located, clean and of a high standard. The breakfast had a great selection of items, including lactose free products. Some areas of breakfast hygiene could be improved - we saw a child licking the Nutella spoon and putting it back into the Nutella bowl on the counter and we told a staff member who did not replace the spoon but just shrugged her shoulders. The hotel has a small gym and a rather cold swimming pool. It had good amenities including plenty of towels. There is also a children’s play area outside and small playroom inside which are great for families. The lack of air conditioning lets this property down and therefore we could not give it 5 stars.
