My husband and I could not figure out why this doesn’t get a higher rating. We loved it here. The breakfast was wonderful with many options and we loved working out at the gym which had a great view. The free parking was great and we walked to the train station about 10 minutes away. I would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in Copenhagen.

The best asset this hotel has is their helpful, professional and friendly staff. Check in was really good and the reception staff took their time to provided all the information you need and more. The rooms are clean and you have everything you need for a stay. It is convenient for the public transport into the city centre. Parking is free and easy to register and also appears safe. A really good hotel at a value for money price in Denmarks capital.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. However, I am deducting two stars due to the sauna facilities. The hotel's website should not advertise a sauna, as the one provided is suitable for only 2–3 persons at most, which is inadequate for an establishment of this size. Additionally, the heater was only half-filled with stones; it would cost very little to purchase additional stones and fill it properly. Furthermore, the sauna turned off during my stay. I had to exit the area, call reception from my mobile phone (as there is no phone on the premises), navigate the entire menu, and request that the receptionist reactivate it.

Værelset var fint og rent, men MEGET koldt og der var en konstant trækken - og ja, døre og vinduer var lukket. Servicen i restauranten var langt under middel. Vi bestilte to salater. Det tog næsten 45 minutter at få dem serveret. Tror faktisk at de havde glemt at sende ordren til køkkenet.

Værelset var super. Personalet lidt svingende i deres imødekommenhed. Hjemmeside listede roomservice, det var der imidlertid ikke. Rengøring skulle bookes seneste kl. 23 dagen før - dette blev ikke oplyst ved check in. Da jeg manglede at få tømt skraldespande havde rengøringspersonalet for travlt til at løse denne opgave. Skuffende standard. Hotellet ligger perfekt med nem transport til centrum m.m. Som sagt fejlede værelset ikke noget, men service niveauet var under mine forventninger.

Har beneyttet Scandic siden 2009. Både arbejdsmæssigt og privat. Hotellet ligger perfekt, fin service og god morgenmad. Bliver underlig tilpas da jeg ser at fra 1. november skal der betales 120 kr i døgnet for parkering. Hvorfor lige dette. Hotellet kan da ikke pludselig få udgifter for parkering som har været der i årevis. Pengemaskine måske og er det på samtlige Scandic hoteller
