I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was wonderfully quiet, and the Kingsize room beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. I stayed on the 13th floor and really enjoyed the lovely view. Breakfast was a real highlight—opulent and with an impressive variety of choices. The hotel is centrally placed and there are a number of italian and asian restaurants in walking distance, a cinema across the road gives a discount for hotel guest, and liseberg, universeum, scandinavium and världenskulturmuseum are all in easy walking distance.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Although it’s a place chosen by families with young children, our room remained remarkably quiet throughout the entire visit. We slept well, relaxed easily, and felt genuinely comfortable. The room and bathroom were newly renovated, modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast buffet, truly outstanding in both variety and quality.

The family room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel itself was undergoing some construction which didn't have any detrimental impact on our stay, though. A breakfast slot needs to be booked via the hotel's website but they are quite lenient if you're showing up a bit later. The breakfast was really good and the staff was very quick at restocking. The hotel itself is located within walking distance of the town centre and very close to the Ullevi.

Rummet var trångt för att vara ett familjerum. Vi bokade rummet för 3 personer och det hade varit omöjligt för 3 att bo där med bagage. Vi fick inte någon fråga om vi ville ha städning/baddning på rummet. Vi bodde två nätter och hade gärna velat få bäddat och soporna tömda. Vi hade bäddsoffan utbäddad och under den låg de jordnötter!!!
