I had a wonderful experience staying here. The location is excellent and very convenient, especially for anyone visiting the nearby hospital. What really stood out to me was the exceptional service from Ahmed at reception. He was incredibly welcoming, kind and genuinely caring from the moment I arrived, and he went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and looked after during my stay. His warmth, professionalism and willingness to help has made such a difference to my experience. Thank you Ahmed for your kindness and support during a time when it was needed most. I loved it here. The location was perfect, there were so many places to eat and stores to shop at. The staff were the kindest people. I got a surgery done while there and the staff even went beyond to get my medication for me because I was too sick to move. Very clean and the rooms were perfect.
