Ottima posizione, a pochissimi minuti dalla metropolitana fermata Gran Vía. Stanza molto basic. Il motore dell'aria condizionata era proprio sul balcone che si apriva e chiudeva con molta difficoltà. La stanza non era isolata dall'esterno, infissi tipici di abitazioni antiche rendevano molto rumorosa la stanza a qualsiasi ora della notte. Personale cordiale. Pulizia ottima. Il ricordo migliore: check in veloce, hotel facile da raggiungere, le asciugamani avevano un buonissimo profumo di ammorbidente. Il ricordo peggiore: all'ingresso del palazzo dell'hotel, abbiamo incontrato un senzatetto ubriaco e mi ha spaventata e non mi ha fatto sentire al sicuro.

Si vous aimez les petits espaces vous serez ravis...Cet hotel est comme une cellule de prison mais avec le cote renove. On ne peut entrer dans la douche que de cote, le lavabo fait la taille d'un clavier. Le couloir de la largeur d'une valise donne sur un espace de 2m sur 2m qui est le lit double et le salon. Impossible de s'asseoir au bureau il est colle au lit...Meme pour une personne on se sent enferme et clostrophobe. Heureusement que le plafond est plus haut. Certaine chambre n'ont pas de fenetre. J'ose meme pas imaginer...La puait la cigarette. J'ai du dormir avec cette odeur 2 jours, enfin essaye de dormir car les murs sont tellement fins que on entend tous les bruits, y compris ceux de la porte d'entree et des nouveaux arrivants a toutes heures du jour et de la nuit. Allonge sur le petit lit double, j'avais presque les pieds qui touchait le mur. Je deconseille cet hotel au grand ou aux gens en surpoids, les espaces proposees ne sont pas fait eux. Les photos sont trompeuses, et ne revelent pas du tout la taille relle et l'agencement. Je deconseille fortement cet hotel. Trop bruyant, trop petit, j'ai dormi environ 3h par nuit a cause des nuisances sonores !! Tres decu, j'etais presse de partir...

El lugar es muy limpio. La habitación tenía todo lo que necesitaba. La persona que nos atendió fue amable. La zona donde está ubicado es inmejorable, a pasos de Gran Vía y de la estación del metro. Lo único es que la habitación es un poco pequeña y era complicado con las maletas sin embargo sigo pensando que el lugar es excelente para una estadía en Madrid, buena relación calidad - precio.

Custo-benefício na pandemia

O hotel tem uma localização perfeita. Fica ao lado da Gran Vía, mas o local não é barulhento. De fato, a entrada do hotel é um pouco estranha, mas o local em si é limpo e organizado. Do lado de metrô, supermercado, restaurantes, Primark...tudo! Na praça que fica ao lado dormem várias pessoas de rua, mas não tivemos nenhum problema e nem nos sentimos inseguros na região. Possui uma área com chá, água e uma geladeira. A recepção não funciona 24h e poucos foram os dias que vimos alguém do hotel. Os quartos são limpos a cada dois dias. Demos azar do nosso ar condicionado quebrar e tivemos que pedir cobertores extras. O quarto é pequeno, mas possui um bom número de tomadas, espelho, cadeira, aparador e local para pendurar roupas.
