All staff were exceptional during our stay. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Room ok but carpets in the room and in hallways didn’t really feel clean. Room felt basic and not of 4 star standard compared to rooms of other 4 star hotels we stayed in on our road trip of France and Spain. Tram into Bordeaux very conveniently located 5 minutes walk away. Took around 40 minutes to get into the city. . Great transport system around Bordeaux centre.

Haven of calm 5 minutes from the airport!

A perfect hotel for the night before our flight. It is ideally situated just off the rocade to the airport but nestled amongst the trees so that you forget the proximity to the main road. The staff were lovely, the food fantastic and the outside terrace allowed us that holiday feeling roght to the end!

Séjour de 5 nuits dans ce bel hôtel joliment aménagé et décoré, avec un grand parking gratuit. Le personnel au top, à l’écoute, très gentil et souriant, des chambres spacieuses propres et une bonne literie.
