We were also limited on the number of pool towels we could use, couldn’t have more without returning our old ones and room service took ours before we left so we didn’t have any towels the last day. Loved everything about this resort. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The pools were great as was the food and drinks. Bar was open late so we played cards there. The beach was nuce to watch the sunsets.

The low rating is because there were two days that my luggage was gone through and the desk lady (in training) did not seem to care too much about it. It was difficult to get to the resort after arrival in Jaco by Ticabus. It would be helpful to have a shuttle from the highway. Buffet food was adequate but limited in choices. Breakfast omelets were excellent. No entertainment except for very loud music in the bar. Desk staff very helpful.
