We loved staying here & would certainly recommend it to everyone. Nicely located with a calm feeling from right when we arrived. The staff are professional, but very friendly & helpful which we felt like we were in a family environment. The pool area is relaxing & the food is excellent there as well ... best Ceasar Salad I've had in awhile. The breakfast buffet had plenty of food options & one of the better buffets I've experienced tbh. I can't wait to come back again when I'm in Capri. Thank you for such a nice overall friendliness which made us have a great holiday here.

Fantastic location as it is still central but out of the way from the high traffic areas. The staff were super helpful as we were able to check in a bit early. The breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast service and location were wonderful as well. The hotel itself is beautiful with nice clean rooms and a beautiful courtyard/pool area.

I’ve been to Capri many times. Luckily, I discovered the Hotel Syrene— the best location, a block away from all the shops, restaurants, gelato cafes & transportation. The staff was terrific, and each one was nicer than the next. Plus, my room was beautiful and elegant. The bathroom and amenities are excellent. Loved every moment. I can’t wait to return next summer.

Staff was great. Shout out to Giani, the bellman, and to the staff at the checking desk as they were very helpful. Location was amazing! Food was good. Washrooms could use a renovation. A bit pricey for what it is but overall, the hotel was good. If you have bigger luggages, it is worth paying the €20 per luggage per way. It’s pricey, but worth having to carry them up the hill.

Very friendly staff, all you can eat breakfast that was delicious. Upon our arrival, the receptionist gave us many suggestions for Capri. They even had these touch pads in the room where it has a bunch of suggestions on what to do, food to eat, book transportation and reservations, etc.

Beautiful hotel with very kind staff. The room was spacious and comfortable with beautiful sea view. The location is great with many restaurants and shops around. There is an elevator from the hotel that goes down to the ferry terminal. I just wished the restaurant had more protein options for breakfast instead of pastries. I highly recommend hotel Syrene for your stay in Sorrento.

A hidden gem in Capri. This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is a little off of the main piazza, so very quiet & not crowded. The whole feeling of this hotel is calming from the minute you walk up the stairs to the entrance. Easy access to everything the island has to offer. The pool & the outdoor seating area is lovely. The staff is wonderful & very accommodating.
