Hotel is lovely, clean and modern. We had lunch in the bar on arrival and it was cold sitting there and I was worried the bedroom would be the same but thankfully it was nice and warm. The hotel has on site parking which is a real bonus. It has a great ‘little shop’ / vending style corner which is fantastic. A great amenity.

Excellent location near Eyre Square and the Latin Quarter in Galway. Staff were super friendly, hotel was excellent.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel and a good location. The only thing I really don't like was the shower was not very good. It was very short. The water pressure was low and the glass partition to block the water was not very long and so the bathroom got all wet.

Really nice hotel with large rooms and nice bed. We planned to try the pool & spa, but Galway was too exciting and fun town, so we did not have time.

8/10 Very good

Room was nice and tidy. Had an issue with the shower head. It kept moving and spraying all over. Soaked the floor. There were some signs of mold in the grout, but overall good for one night. Breakfast was quite good with lots of choices.

Our room was beautiful. Elegant, clean….the bathroom sparkling. I hated leaving this place! The staff was exceptional, helpful, from the front desk to the friendly, welcoming hosts and servers in the dining room. It was so nice to have this retreat waiting for you when you’re out and about all day, experiencing Ireland life. How I love Ireland!

Great hotel, lovely view but the patio needs a bit of tlc - the tables look awful. Room was spotless, large and we'll equipped. Really happy with the location and quiet stay

A lovely hotel with full amenities, large rooms, nice swimming pool, great breakfast buffet. Probably the best place to stay in Galway. Especially given the central location.
